Sometimes, depending on availability. We can't guarantee it in advance because we accept last-minute bookings — but if the villa is ready when you arrive, we'll do our best to accommodate you. Let us know your estimated arrival time and we'll confirm on the day.

We'll try if the villa isn't booked that night, but we can't promise ahead of time. You can always leave your luggage with us at our office.

Ngurah Rai Airport is 1.5 to 2.5 hours away depending on traffic. We can arrange airport pickup for you — just share your flight details when you book.

Generally 2 nights, but it depends on the dates. The booking calendar will show you what's available.

Most guests rent a scooter — it's the easiest way to explore. We can arrange rental through our villa manager.

Getting dropped off at the villa is no problem. For pickups from the villa, we work with local drivers from the village. Our manager can arrange a ride usually within 10 minutes. It costs a bit more than ride-hailing apps, but the service is reliable and it supports the local community.

Hubuddha 1 and 2 are identical — just mirrored layouts. Same size, same amenities. Pick based on availability.

Either of our 2-bedroom villas (Hubuddha 1 or 2). Each sleeps 4 guests, has a private pool and walled garden, and beds can be split into twins so kids have their own space.

The 3-bedroom villa (Hubuddha 3). Three bedrooms, private pool, and the best views on the property.

Yes. The full compound sleeps up to 14 guests across 7 bedrooms. Great for reunions, group trips, and retreats.

It has views over rice fields and jungle — the other two villas face the garden. It also has a larger office space that fits two people working side by side.

Yes. Each villa has a private pool and walled garden, so kids can play safely. We provide baby cots, high chairs, and can set up a play corner with toys! Babysitting can also be arranged.

The pools are not fenced separately, so young children will need supervision. If you'd like a pool fence, we can arrange that for an extra charge — just let us know in advance. The garden walls keep kids safely within your villa's grounds.

Yes. We have high-speed WiFi and each villa has a dedicated office with a desk, a computer chair, and AC. The 3-bedroom villa has a larger office that fits two people. Most guests work comfortably from the villa.

Yes, several in central Ubud — about 15 minutes away. But most remote workers find the villa office more comfortable and never leave.

Yes. Daily breakfast is included and served fresh at your villa each morning.

Yes. We work with local chefs who can cook at the villa — single meals or full-day service. Balinese, Indonesian, or Western cuisine. They can also run cooking classes. Book a couple of days in advance.

Yes. You can order delivery from most restaurants in Ubud — everything from affordable warungs to nicer places. Our manager can help, or you can use GoJek or Grab.

Yes, for an extra charge. Just leave your laundry with housekeeping — returned clean and folded the same or next day.

Yes. We can book a massage therapist to come to the villa. Balinese massage, facials, and other spa treatments available. Just let us know what you'd like.

Yes. We're in Pejeng Kawan, a peaceful village surrounded by rice fields. It's much quieter than central Ubud but still close enough for restaurants and activities.

A few restaurants and a minimart. For more options you'll need a scooter or driver — most places are 8–15 minutes away.
